Being done in early afternoon

Not sure where to even start. The owner/clinical director will try to charm, then turn on you faster than she hired you. The clinics are “managed “by former medical assistants who have no management and minimal clinical experience. Providers are overworked and expected to see 50+ patients in seven hours. Management values, the “ability to sell” more than clinical judgment and good medical care. They say they want employees to voice concerns, however, they are quick to turn it back on you when you do. Unrealistic and ever changing clinical guidelines, subjective from provider to provider, rarely evidence based. Never met supervising physician. Expected to use personal laptop. The facts speak for themselves- ask about rate of provider turnover. Could go on and on
