      Good salary, 100% remote working

      Completely abandoned by my line manager, I was the only remote worker in a group of Serbian people who continuously forgot I was the only foreigner and still wrote in Serbian in the chat. Every damn time. I had no one talking my language, received neither weekly call with my manager, nor monthly call with the Director as promised.

      Some good people who understand PV.

      Senior leadership does not support or any kind of guidance. Overloads their project managers and expects the PMs to do everything. The PMs are held responsible for teams with no training and no support from their leaders or line managers. PMs are expected to be subject matter experts in all areas of PV instead of the departments. PMs are more administrative than project managers.
