We work to get paid, and if the pay isn't enough, we do not enjoy our lives. The salary package is not great at all. There were issues involving the group as a whole that seen a lot of the major players and big names resign. There were no increases for at least 2-3 years. I had to resign myself to find better opportunities. I would have loved to stay on, but it came to a point where I couldn't. The company itself is now trying to pick up the pieces from the mass exodus. They still haven't fully recovered.
