Minpunten
- Lack of competent leadership that can provide a clear vision of where the company is headed and what needs to be done to get there. The founders are detached from what is realistically achievable and are the main perpetrators of a toxic and unreasonably demanding environment. - Extremely poor organizing, people and communication skills from collaborators at the management level. Managers do not properly convey the struggles of the teams in terms of overly ambitious and irrealistic deadlines, poorly developed solutions, limitations with the current product and all the horrible work-life balance that all those factors cause. Managers are mostly detached from what goes on in the "trenches" and are simply yes men for the founders. - Unreasonable deadlines and unhealthy amounts of work due to overly selling the product and not currently having the solution that backs it all up. - Not a great place for career development as there is not a great care about the quality and robustness of the current applications as well as much thought put into the work that is done as long as the deadlines are met.
