      Pluspunten

      great opportunity to learn about food safety. The company is developing allowing a lot of chances for career advancements. Great for people that are barely staring out and want to network. You talk to so many people with in the produce industry daily and work with a lot of the same customers year after year.

      Minpunten

      systems are outdated and slow making it hard to work efficiently.

      Perfect place to learn the ins and outs of agriculture and science. Great coworkers and atmosphere.

      None to speak of, but this was many years ago.

      You’ll always be approved for overtime. You’ll love biohazard sterilization, it never ends, especially when the other labs autoclave goes down. Media in a bag. Telling your boss to shut up. This place will make you want to smoke after you quit smoking. Ordering drinks for the lab as a morale booster and having your boss order food with his drink (says he’ll pay you back, he doesn’t) Lots of impromptu dance parties. Work faster. 10 scoop coffee (iykyk)

      Having to tell your boss to shut up. Breakfast sandwiches and donuts on Saturday, sounds great at first, but then you realize that’s where your bonus is going. Pizza parties (from Little Cesars) Must know military time or else you’ll freak out. Quarterly company “BBQs” if you’re on the night shift pack a lunch bc all you’ll be left w/ is stale bread
