The Worst experience I’ve ever had with a telecom company, no leadership in management, the hourly rate is $15hr, they pay production but you don’t really make production due to the fact that you sit around all day waiting for a splicer which then means you make NO MONEY. This company is a joke GOOGLE/ ALPHABET should be ashamed that PrinceTelcom has the contract. Look elsewhere you have been warned. Oh and BTW if you finish you jobs they’ll give you more work from other techs that are behind they don’t care if you’ve done 10 jobs by 5 they’ll keep giving you work. Management at this company is a joke .
