      The staff are friendly and easy to get along with.

      Minpunten

      1. unsociable breaks due to lack of staff so on your break you are sat alone like you're in a prison. 2. Management is rude and can't manage themselves, let alone an office. 3. Management gives you minimal training, and if you make a mistake, they huff and puff, belittling you. As well as swear at you. 4. Said management also intimidates staff by threatening to potentially sack them.

It's great to be a part of something where your input and hard work have instant impact upon the business and the customer - you can see results immediately, which is hugely rewarding. We're very well looked after too with free breakfast, generous holiday entitlement and loads of other perks such as parties and even casual dress code.

      The pace of the business means you have to be adaptable...and sometimes it's difficult to follow all of the change.
