      Do not get fooled by Trivinia. She is charming. She acts like she is your best friend, but that is all it is. Just an act.

      Minpunten

      Everything else. Trivinia is driven by emotion and that is how she also runs her business. She is micromanaging, condescending, and passive aggressive all in one. She is rude to her own team, to assistants applying for jobs, and even her customers. Just look at the turnover at her company.

      • Has a personal interest in seeing employees and contractors succeed. • Treats job applicants with curtesy and respect (which feels very rare these days.) • Opens up opportunities for team members to find their best fit and highest contribution. • Addresses issues and concerns promptly and fairly. • Open, honest and collaborative work environment. • Generous with thoughtful and unconventional gifts, time off, bonuses, additional training and even cards in the mail!

      Can be a fast paced environment that you have to be able to speak up for yourself and voice concerns and opinions. Anyone that can't do this and contribute at a high level may feel left out or alienated.
