Our base compensation structure uses location, experience and performance within each level to fairly pay our team members. In addition to this base pay, team members who travel are also rewarded with bonus pay based on travel. We are always working to improve communication and appreciate your feedback!

You get to work on some great projects and the camaraderie is definitely there.

Extensive travel and sometimes projects are so new you have to figure things out to get through the hiccups. Also, getting let go because of the Covid Pandemic.
