Thank you for your feedback and review. Your feedback is critical to helping us grow and improve as an organization. My goal, and our team’s goal, is to create a collaborative, transparent atmosphere that involves employee feedback at all levels of the organization – from strategy, sales, marketing, development, QA, ITS, product management and beyond.
Based on this and related feedback, we have disbanded the old organizational structure to create an environment which puts the employees in position to help guide and improve our organizational success.
Additionally, we have created a team based structure which will break down old barriers between departments to remove the blame game and keep all teams aligned on the overall success of a project. We succeed, make mistakes, and learn together as a team. This has helped employee morale and improved our ability to deliver to our clients.
