Joining proSapient in Lisbon when the company was still in its early stages, around 20 people, was one of the most formative experiences of my career. I joined as a 24-year-old Associate, eager to learn but with limited exposure to the realities of client-facing work. One of the most unique aspects of my experience at proSapient was the level of access and responsibility I was given. The company connected me with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers from some of the world's leading organizations. Those interactions taught me how to navigate high-stakes conversations, understand executive priorities, and adapt my communication style to different audiences. It was, in many ways, where I learned how to "dance the tango" of stakeholder management—balancing client needs, business objectives, and operational realities. As I progressed from Associate to Account Manager, my responsibilities evolved significantly. I moved from supporting projects to owning client relationships, leading strategic accounts, and managing teams. Looking back, proSapient gave me much more than professional experience.
