Micro management is a very big problem with working here. There is a lack of trust between managers and their subordinates. If you can't trust your staff, what was the point of hiring them to begin with. Toxic Culture: The majority of staff are fine, but there a few individuals (who won't be named) are incredibly childish and toxic to be around. All it takes is a handful of people to ruin the moral of the team. This tends to be a theme (people who have worked there for a considerable period of time). Gossiping is another issue working here. Some staff are nice to your face, but are very quick to insult you behind your back or spread rumours about you or other people, if your face doesn't fit. Job Satisfaction: It might seem exciting to begin with, but you will drown in the sea of repetitiveness after a while. The list goes on, but hopefully you've come to a decision.

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. All of your feedback is appreciated and obviously useful in suporting improvements going forward. Yes, the pizza is amazing!! But that's not all that's amazing :-) We have fully immersed ourselves into the flexible working culture, allowing home working but it's great we can all get into the office for training/meetings when necessary. Our revised career paths and training and development plans are well underway and we are seeing great progressions within the teams already. This will help to refticy your point with regards to job satisfaction. We want our employees to enjoy their career here and be able to develop and grow. Our new systems are also helping this happen which is great news. I'm sorry you felt you were micro managed, this is not a management style we support. Obviously if employees are struggling, our managers are on hand to provide extra support when needed. With the roll out of home working, our managers fully trust their teams to work to the best of their ability whilst having the option to come into the office if needed. As metioned in previous responses, we have worked really hard on our culture which has improved dramatically (and with the ever changing world, our culture is constantly improving too). Through social and work related activites, our teams work together fantastically and relationships between colleagues has gone from strength to strength. We are not aware of rumours spreading or gossiping as it's definitely something we do not tolerate. Colleagues are supportive, approachable and contribute to a positive atmosphere on the sales floor, which makes a big difference day to day. A key strength of the role is the consistent weekly training and ongoing support from sales management. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and helping individuals develop, which is particularly valuable for those looking to grow a career in sales. Targets are realistic and achievable with consistent effort and the clear performance metrics make it easier to track progress and stay motivated. There is good potential to progress and earn commission for those who are driven and follow the processes in place.

The initial training period involves a higher volume of proactive outbound calls and outreach while building experience and developing an account base. However, this is a valuable part of the learning process and helps build confidence and capability early on.

Minpunten

- Working hours are slightly unusual (8:45-5:30) which can make commuting a bit more awkward especially when working in the office full time - Holiday allowance is low in comparison to other jobs I have seen advertised and also in comparison to the experience that my coworkers have had at other places of work - Sometimes there is a lack of communication between departments which can slow down processes eg between sales and DE team - Limited flexibility in working: the DE team is the only team which does not have the option for hybrid working despite all other teams being either hybrid or remote.
