Pluspunten
Definitely a good place to start. They Pay for your EMT, you get transport and 911 experience. The mid-level management that is there will have your back as long as you do your job. Wide variety of call types from dialysis to IABPs, a hop across the street to a 10hr transport. Even the BLS transport side gets just enough to keep you on your toes.
Minpunten
The owner's themselves do not seem to have a vested interest in the employees. There is no difference between how the EMS staff and Taxi Staff are treated in both pay, and policy. I really do not think that dispatch knows the difference between EMTs, Advanced, Paramedics, and Taxi drivers.
