The average work experience in the engineering team is 12 years (from 2 to 27 years seniority), and the turnover rate is very low. Since 2019, PROCECO has invested more than 6500 hours in the necessary training and conversion of our drawings to 3D models. Our engineering employees are exposed to many aspects of engineering; mechanical, electrical, and automation, etc.. We invest in their training so that they master the complexity of our equipment. It is fundamental that all PROCECO employees share our core values (Customer Focus, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability), and it sometimes happens that we have to separate ourselves from those who do not.
