Like we’ve mentioned in the past, our company has had some very rapid growth which may appear to some as “dysfunctional” at times… and we totally get it. Please know that as a current employee, there’s tons of opportunity to grow and be a voice to promote change across our company and we highly encourage it! Pluspunten

Collaboration. No one is in competition with their own coworkers. There's no drama, backstabbing, scapegoating, and all the other toxic behaviors I've seen at other companies.

-Strong culture among in-office employees — the team genuinely cares about each other and the work - An excellent place to start your career; the culture is supportive and you'll learn a lot from tenured employees who are generous with their time and knowledge - Smaller company size (~140 employees) means you're not just a number and your contributions are visible/can make a real impact. - The company has real staying power — 25 years in business speaks to a stable product and loyal customer base

Minpunten

- Culture has noticeably diluted as the company has scaled remote hiring; the in-office experience and the remote experience feel like two different companies - For a 25-year-old company, too many startup-era processes are still in place that should have been professionalized long ago - Core values are stated but not consistently lived — especially at the leadership level, where gatekeeping is common - Compensation is below market for most roles; unless you're in sales or have been here long enough to have negotiated up over time, you're likely underpaid relative to industry benchmarks
