I have no cons to say about this company

Taking a position at Procom has been the best decision for my career. • Management is supportive. They care about their employees and their well-being. • The company encourages employees to get training and offers reimbursement. They want their employees to be better at their crafts and they even encourage us to expand our skills and knowledge into other areas. • The culture is Team-centric. The teams work well together, support each other, and help each other when needed. • Management allows employees to perform their jobs. They are not micro-managers but are always there to support. • We work from home, which can be isolating at other places, but Procom works to foster team relationships by hosting lunches and other get-togethers. • Management does not have an 'us' (upper management) and 'them' (employees) attitude. Everyone is treated with respect and made to feel valued for their contributions.

I don't really have any cons about working at Procom. They have a 401K program, but do not have a matching program. However, many similar companies also do not have that. If there was anything I would suggest to them, it would be to implement one.
