1. If you think your POV matters. You are mistaken. 2. Flexibility-freedom there is none. You have to spend fixed 9 hours in office. One can't be even a single min late coming to office. 3. Mirco Management at its peak. 4. Sometimes leads become so rude to you, one can feel like a slave. 5. They are paying for 9 hours so they'll make sure you work for 9 hours by hook or by crook 6. Sometimes feels like school. Strictness, management, actions feels like it's a punishment that you joined

Great work environment with a supportive team and positive culture. Got the opportunity to learn many new technologies and work on multiple stacks, which helped in overall professional growth and skill development. Exposure to different projects and responsibilities made the experience valuable.
