As a software engineer I can say there is good work life balance. You will be able to spend enough time with your family and friends. You will have enough time to learn new things and new technology.

Minpunten

In some projects there not proper leadership and some times you will feel you are not learning new things. Rest it is good to go company.

Minpunten

Nothing abnormal given the challenges of the business in recent years. Things aren't always easy, but it's important to see they are changing for the better.

Work life balance was pretty good

Minpunten

Would definitely avoid working here. Leadership tries to do too many things at once, there is zero company direction. Employee compensation has to be in the 5th percentile or below. Not sure how they are supposed to retain a revenue or stay above water in the next 1-2 years. Their top customers are all heading for the door.
