The company as a whole is eager to invest in its people, and the team is filled with smart, fun, easygoing people who I'm constantly learning from.

None that I can think of, other than a flat org structure (very common in early stage startups) which may limit advancement opportunities for some, however, the ownership that you get in each role is far beyond what you would encounter at a larger company with more specific linear advancement paths, so the downside is simply a matter of perception for people who are very focused on titles.
