PCM Does Not screen patients . Some are dangerous. They do not have the Private nurses backs. They will do ANYTHING to keep patients for the $$$. Even sending nurses into situations they KNOW are dangerous. There are No Raises. No matter how long you work with company or how long you have been with one patient. They do not recognize the nurses in the field on the front line MAKING THEM THE $$$$$$$$$$$

PT dept head is great. Lots of great clients.

Inconsistent benefits, you don’t know if you are getting what you should. Mileage reimbursement .20 cents per mile. Should be criminal. Have to monitor your pay diligently to make sure you are paid correctly. You will never get a raise. No chance to better yourself or move up within the company. PTO is crap, no holidays and no hope of it getting better.
