The leadership running this company is chaotic and incompetent. Our supervisors often blame employees for their own mistakes. I honestly don't bother communicating with our leaders because they always sound annoyed and hostile. It's better to just resolve things with your reliable co-workers than subject yourself to the stress and headache of dealing with the leadership.
