You are provided with a lot of tech and recruitment automation resources, the company's tech stack is unmatched. There has been a lot of change over the past 5 years with personnel, which is fairly common in staffing. It becomes difficult when decisions across personnel changes are inconsistent. Constant change and adjustments in responsibility load can lead to burnout.
