Leadership is very transparent, has an open book with finances, and goes to bat for our team if ever needed. Everyone is friendly and open to new ideas whether its processes or systems in an always evolving digital industry. Company retreats are planned a couple times a year for the team to spend time in person and connect, which is always fun. No cons at this time. I've been at large and medium agencies, and this is by far the best.
