Pluspunten
The pros of this company are that you are helping teachers and admins to help students. There are also a few lovely people that work here! But it is unfortunately drowned by the toxicity of leadership of the exec team.
Minpunten
The management does not know what they are doing. The micromanaging started to get more severe when I left but I hear first-hand how awful it is. Employees are being treated like children with daily accountability meetings and asked to explain what they are working on every single day.
And the exec team will do anything to cover their own selves verses doing what is right for the employees. Again, while there are a few good people here, I would not trust this place and I wouldn’t go back. There was also a layoff in 2023 which was handled poorly in my opinion.
