      The company is very forward thinking in terms of equipment and capital investment. There is a core of long term employees who are dedicated to the company.

      Leadership has binders on to some issues - sometimes captial investments aren't the solution. Need to be open minded to new techniques and processes for improving consistency and flow. If you are outside the conservative minded leadership's circle you may not fit well.

      Everyone is so nice, laid back! They don't work you to death and they actually care about you. Very understanding!

      Kinda boring sometimes because we run out of work and have nothing to do. Really the only negative thing I can say!
