Pluspunten

I loved working for Progressive. I've never been in a more exciting, fast-paced, sometimes chaotic work environment. This organization is in the process of explosive growth, but also still in the process of tearing down some walls and re-assessing how to scale. Progressive gives back A LOT to it's employees because everyone knows the level of committment that it takes to succeed here. Tuition reimbursement, continually expanding and improving health benefits, paid maternity/paternity leave, good time off. Pay is kind of middle-of-the-road.

Minpunten

Make no mistake, I loved this Company but it's not for just anyone. You will never succeed if you are a passive, status-quo, no questions asked, happy with "just pretty good" kind of person. You will succeed if you are a do-er, someone who is committed to working hard and getting things done. People complain that you have to know someone in order to move up. That was not my experience. If you want to grow and move, you have to show results. Consistently.
