Minpunten

For 2 yrs we sat on call after call hearing u r getting to be promoted just let your managers help you and they will teach you how to do the job for when the day arrives. There r a lot of us that were made promises that progressive now feels they dont have to do. I worked for 2 years doing everything i was asked to do. I feel like they used us all and r now throwing us away because they got what they wanted. The dry upper management looks down on the people under them and sometimes even argue with them on calls with the group. It is hard to hear my mentor ask a question that makes sense to ask and then get a very rude short reply that makes them look bad. The company uses people and does not care how the actions effect the people who have helped them the most. It is sad to say cuz i really loved my job and thought i would be here for a long time.
