Pluspunten
-Loved the travel and speaking with the stores and doing trainings. (Love training/coaching) -Salary was around 35k (I didn't have a degree which is a preference for the position so this was good for me) -Pretty awesome co-workers. Love and miss them. -They would have company lunches for either big sporting events or if we hit a milestone as a company. -90% of employees are young and in college (like me)
Minpunten
-Commission like 1%... Wow yeah pretty pathetic considering how much you travel and are away from home/family and the progress some of your stores/locations improve yet you get like nothing. -Management... oh boy... I had two managers that didn't really care/do much. They would defend they did but when majority are working their butts off for this 1% commission... Extremely annoying. -I told management I was getting married and asked if I could get days X-Y off. They said yes (I was relatively new to the company, like 2 months in). Somehow I didn't choose day Z is when I was coming back (which was the next day) and got a harsh write up.
