Pluspunten

The company does a good job with swag and keeping people informed of some critical information. The office building is nice but the remote culture was better. Most of the people who did work were really good people.

Minpunten

The leadership of the company has little to no diversity so I could not see myself being successful there. The product set is priced to where it is difficult for customer to succeed financially. The CEO is just another financially minded, uninspired manager who wants to be a FinTech is not a tech aware leader and has not surrounded himself with tech savvy leaders. The previous CPO was also not inspiring. The CPTO was asleep at the wheel and left a 3-5 year gap in progress.
