The high staff turnover is a glaring indicator of the issues within the company. During my very short tenure, I saw numerous colleagues leave due to the unbearable working conditions. Additionally, I witnessed multiple employees being terminated without true just cause. This constant churn disrupted teams and made it difficult to maintain any momentum in projects. Overall, I would not recommend Progressive Property to anyone seeking a stable and supportive workplace. The lack of planning, oppressive management, and absence of employee protection make it a highly unfavorable environment for professionals.
