Specialists were not treated equally within the same location, and promised sign-on bonuses were not paid after the contract ended. PTO accrual was unexpectedly stopped with minimal notice. Despite consistently exceeding expectations in my role, I was not offered a bonus, while others in the same location—including my direct manager—were. Overall, there were significant issues with transparency, fairness, and employee recognition.
