Organization is growing at a rapid rate; while this is a good thing, the organization is experiencing growing pains. Policies and procedures change extremely frequently, you're never really sure who to contact when you need something done (because of all of the changes).

Everyone is dedicated to the mission, which is never deviated from, no matter the new project or initiative.
