Minpunten
This is a terrible place to work. The micromanaging by the CEO and her senior leaders creates a terrible work environment. She blames everything on everyone else, but if something is good, then she takes the credit. Not once does she praise staff for doing good work and they expect you to work all the time. The quality person talks about everyone else and stirs up issues claiming things are said that aren't true. They listen to everyones conversations and if you work here you'll be watched at every moment and tattled on. They do not share any profits or give any bonuses to the ones who manage the projects. If certain people don't like you, you will not be included, you will be removed or just fired.
