Pluspunten
Of all the places I have worked in my 30+ years, this is the best job I've ever had. The team is cohesive, diverse, and respectful. It is genuinely the happiest group of people I've ever worked w/ and for. One Team - One Dream; that the motto here, and the entire team walk the talk. It is a start-up in its 4th year; and with that comes both the opportunities and challenges of any true start-up. But for those with a passion to succeed, and be part of a true team, what a wonderful place to be. If you need structure and permission, then a more mature work environment will suit you better. We are just hitting our stride here at Verte, and I would recommend anyone to come work here. To confirm everything I've said, we have employees from every continent in the world. Antarctica is not included as of today. Lastly, we have multiple layers of the family that work here; and only in true positive environments do people bring their family to come work with them.
Minpunten
As with any true start-up; there have been start-overs, changes in direction, and some unfortunate turnover. As we find the right salinity of our little fish tank, we've found the right group of fish to swim in it. If you like constant change, with positive reinforcement and a place to grow, this is the right environment. If you need mature processes and an established predictable environment, then Verte will not be the right fit now. But keep an eye on us, as we are growing and maturing fast!!
