Seems very nice in initial interviews and the first few months are good. People outside of leadership are trying very hard, are very personable and kind, and are creating good work, but leadership is just so oppressive

Every team is shoehorned into using JIRA even if it doesn’t make sense to a creative process. Leadership is incredibly abusive, combative, and very defensive without any accountability No creative direction or vision for the project. Things are done in spite of a plan, not because of one Inexperienced management and developers Sexism is rampant. Female employees are openly abused with no consequences. Some of the worst Lazy racism Poor pay
