The company actively seeks and acts on feedback from employees, tenants, and customers, creating a responsive and people-focused environment. With abundant resources and strong local engagement, it fosters a dynamic experience for employees, vendors, and tenants alike. Coming from previous institutional, private ventures, and third party firms, I have a good point of reference in recommending Prologis to qualified candidates. Excellent 360 compensation, and work life balance.

Additionally, the level of support and development can vary by manager and team, which can impact the overall employee experience. While many leaders are highly supportive, consistency across the organization can differ.
