Pluspunten
-I love that Prolucent had a Flex PTO (known as Unlimited) to all employees, even hourly. -There's a pattern built that promoting within is a thing! -Work Life Integration not Balance: Prolucent specifically has work life integration versus Work/Life Balance which means if you need to be a human, parent etc., you can go take care of what you need to take care of it in the middle of the day as long as performance is good! -All Hands Meetings with Prizes! I -Praise Environment- I love that we get to easily praise employees through our tools -The CFO was on TV and used to be a DJ. The CEO co-created WebMD and there's leadership members whom are even authors! -Anybody from minority or different backgrounds would have no problem belonging here. -There's a strong sense of investing in employees by having cool tools, state of the art equipment, monthly lunches for DFW etc.
Minpunten
-Because it's growing it may be hard to get the right amount of training but you do get asked often "if you feel supported". -There are some things undefined and it may be hard to understand how to do your role but management is supportive. -You get to play many parts which allows growing but could also be overwhelming. They aren't scared of adding more support for you to make sure you are not drowning in work.
