      When you become a family member with us, you have to be ready to take on differences because we have members across the globe with different culture, history, background, skills, and everything that is unique about each other. Taking care of each other means embracing differences and a lot of learning and understanding to be able to work with each other and keep the relationship going. That is one of the biggest challenge to work at Promet.

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
