No pros. I'm not sure how this company is still existing. Nobody seems to be responsible for anything. Everyone points at another person who points at another person till the work to be done is forgotten People who still work here have been here for several years and have gotten so used to the bad processes and culture People who are new can't stand the mess, so they leave

It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
