Pluspunten
I started as a trainee but there was space to share and discuss ideas. Some departments are making efforts to justify activities with technical basis and mathematical analysis. Salaries are okay. Work/life balance is one of the best things of the company, having to stay until night or to work at weekends is uncommon.
Minpunten
There is still inefective burocracy inside the institution, although efforts to improve management and daily duties. Administrative procedures (moreover for travels of employees) are a pain in the head. There are restricted career opportunities for young professionals.
