8. They WILL fire/lay you off after FMLA. It happened to me. One month after returning from FMLA, I was laid off.
9. They talk a good line about work life balance but will make you show at 4 am on a Saturday for a release.
10. Interview process contains no actual filtering for talent or ability and managers give no poor feedback. So everything is fine until you get laid off.
