Frontline managers go above and beyond despite little recognition from senior leadership. It’s a good entry-level spot if you’re looking to get your foot in the door, but if you’re serious about building meaningful SaaS experience, you’ll likely want to look elsewhere.

Compensation is far below market, especially given the demands of the role. The company enforces aggressive targets without offering bonus structures. Leadership seems either disengaged or focused on the wrong priorities. Systems are a mess—salespeople are asked to duplicate work across HubSpot, Gainsight, and endless spreadsheets that wastes time and kills productivity.
