Constant retrenchment at least twice to 3 times a year. No growth, Best employees are never given promotions or recognitions for hard work. Be ready to work alone while your superiors / heads snooze and takes all your credits. They represent the department at all the Town Halls and All Hands like they did so much. LOL.

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
