No existence of employee friendly culture at PropertyGuru India. HR and TA team will fool you and make false promises No benefits No learning It’s like an offshore centre for third class work . Please don’t confuse india unit called as PropertyGuru Technologies Pvt ltd with PropertyGuru Group. Although they are part of same group but you will feel the difference from day 1. Worst experience with all the teams . Biased and no focus to diversity and inclusion.

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
