- people & culture is good (depending upon your manager & team). - you get a good number of holidays

- pay won't increase much as you stay longer - work is okay good type not very exciting.

Culture and values are very different between two organization. . PG Group too performance driven despite championing as a people-first organization. Most employees resigned in the past 6 months are due to culture and value differences, as well as due to weak people-managers within the org ( good functional skills but weak in leaderships capability)
