Minpunten
- whatever was written in the "unmitigated review" is spot on - management gets worse after the buyout - emphasises on "gurus first" but has never been the case. company does the bare minimum and boasts about it - refuses to increase headcount to lessen the burden of a team because they want to save cost - multiple internal shifts/ reorganisational structure. treating employees as experimental pieces - ZERO rewards or compensation after the buyout (please read numerous articles on this on how much the company made) - office politics - upper management feels the need to "say smtg" just for the sake of it in meetings and ultimately add more items to the teams plate even though it doesn't add value to anything - job stability. can be laid off at any time especially now after the buyout - not diverse at all. many foreigners especially in the upper management. where are the singaporeans? - pantry needs improvement
