This trickles down to the director/manager level positions. It seems that managers were promoted based on who you are and not what you bring to the table. It is very clear there is a lack of people management training and bad habits were adopted from the C-Suite. If you are in search of a company that provides professional development, keep looking. The lack of communication, organization, and moral compass leads to a toxic work environment for those at the bottom of the totem pole. There is also a lack of diversity among leadership in both race and gender, very disappointing for a "modern language services" company.
