Never informed us remote people that it was a temporary position. Very sneaky business practices. No supervising. Left on your own pretty much, especially morale wise. There was no Teamwork promoted. Never made to feel like part of the team. They got rid of some great upper management too. They were the only people worth staying for. Once Spain bought out Viewpoint, they massacred the company and slowly dissected it! Very bad morale. If you want no guidance abd then to be held accountable for mistakes then work here!
