Global company arrived in AU 3 yrs ago acquiring a bankrupt security company and smartly keeping the all management and structure of it. Basically, a circus where the " who to blame is the first rule " where more you lie, stub your colleagues and more ignorant you are more you will climb positions. At this stage not capable to even take care of their present contract, applying security guards as technician in the field, which, are creating more problems than solving them, they still dreaming on get bigger contract without even the technicians to cover them and no system what so ever. A total disaster which is losing money every year.
