Lots of politics inside organization senior people and management thinks they are God of Company. They don't know how to run the company and show us they are very good people but actually the fact is they are opposite. They will deduct money from salary if any leave taken and company works on No Leave Policy (NLP) and Leave Without Pay (LWP) principle and if you're taking leave for any reason salary will be deducted. More than 5 page policy agreement sign required when you're joined the job, please read the policy agreement carefully before joining to this company. There is no future of this company as there are no project due to bad marketing and sales team and company can shutdown anytime in future and there is no growth in position and no salary increase. Very bad culture and daily lots of work around 12 hours to 14 hours and work on weekend. Very very low salary compared to any small startup company.
